Gon Lo Mein
- 1 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 c. chicken, slivered
- 1/2 c. char siu, sliced thin
- 1/3 c. bamboo shoots, sliced
- 3/4 c. celery, sliced diagonally
- 1/2 c. green onion, cut in 1 1/2 inch length
- 1/2 lb. bean sprouts
- 1 pkg. cooked noodles
- 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
- 1/4 c. Chinese parsley
- 1/4 c. char siu, slivered
Seasoning:
- 1 tsp. oyster sauce
- 3 Tbsp. chicken broth
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of ajinomoto
Stir fry chicken in hot oil for 2 minutes. Add char siu and stir fry another minute. Add bamboo shoots, celery, green onion, bean sprouts, noodles and combined sauce ingredients. Stir fry 1 minute to heat through. Garnish with 2 Tbsp. sesame seed, parsley and char siu.
