Puffed Rice Candy

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 block butter
  • 1/3 cup peanuts
  • 5½ to 6 cups puffed rice

In pot, melt butter and sugar. Cook until light brown. Add peanuts and puffed rice which had been warmed first. Mix well. Spread on greased sheet and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
