Tofu Tempura

  • 1 block tofu
  • 2 tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
  • 3 cooked shrimps, chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1½ tsp. salt
  • ½ cup finely chopped carrots
  • 1/3 cup chopped green beans
  • 1/3 cup chopped burdock

Place tofu in cloth and squeeze to remove excess water. Grind sesame seed, add all ingredients. Drop by teaspoon into hot oil.
