Tofu Tempura
- 1 block tofu
- 2 tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
- 3 cooked shrimps, chopped
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1½ tsp. salt
- ½ cup finely chopped carrots
- 1/3 cup chopped green beans
- 1/3 cup chopped burdock
Place tofu in cloth and squeeze to remove excess water. Grind sesame seed, add all ingredients. Drop by teaspoon into hot oil.
