Pork with Peas & Pimentos
- 1 lb. sliced pork butt
- 1 medium round onion, sliced
- 3 tsp. salt or to taste
- Pepper & MSG
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- ½ cup water
- 1 pkg. frozen peas
- ½ can pimentos, small can
1. Brown pork, salt & pepper. Add onions. Cook pork until done.
2. Add tomato sauce. Saute for 10 minutes. Add water if too dry.
3. Add green peas, cook until done
4. Add pimento.
5. Serve on top of hot rice.
