Pancakes #2

  • 1 cup sifted flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 slightly beaten egg
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2/3 cup milk
  1. Mix dry ingredients together.
  2. Mix wet ingredients together.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Batter will be slightly lumpy.

Preheat pan and fry for 1-2 minutes or until brown.

NOTE: Pancake is ready to be turned when bubbles appear on uncooked side.
