Ribs
- 1 slab Pork Ribs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Barbeque Sauce
- 1 cup Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 Bell Pepper, sliced
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 1 Reynolds Oven Bag (turkey size)
Rinse ribs. Salt and pepper to taste on both sides of the ribs. Place ribs in oven bag. Pour pineapple juice over ribs. Top with bell peppers and onion. Close baking bag and cut 1-inch slits in top of bag.
Bake in a preheated 325° oven for one hour. Remove ribs from bag. Discard the juices and vegetables. Top the ribs with your favorite barbecue sauce and broil or grill for about 5 to 10 minutes on each side.
