Pickled Pork

- 2 lb. lean pork
Sauce:
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Hawaiian salt
- 3 pieces garlic, smashed
- 1 hot pepper, smashed
Combine sauce ingredients and mix well. Soak meat overnight. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
Note: Sauce is also good with fish or chicken.
