Mochiko Chicken
- 5 lbs. chicken thighs (deboned, chopped in half, or cut half of thigh off)
- 3 T. flour
- 5 T. cornstarch
- 5 T. mochiko
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 T. sugar
- 2 t. salt
- 2 T. shoyu
- 2 T. green onions (chopped)
Mix ingredients.
Marinate 3 hours or overnight.
Deep fry.
