Mango Muffins
- 2 cups sifted flour
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. nutmeg
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup chopped mango
Sift flour, baking powder, salt and spices. Cream butter, add sugar and blend. Add egg, beat well and add cold milk and mango. Add dry ingredients and mix only to moisten. Drop into greased muffin pans. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 25 to 30 minutes.
