Sweet Sour Chicken Delight

Class of 1960

• 1 8-oz bottle Russian dressing
• 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
• 1 10-oz jar apricot preserves
• 2 broiler-fryer chickens, cut up (2½-3 lbs)

Combine Russian salad dressing, dry onion soup mix and preserves. Pour over chicken parts which have been placed in large shallow baking dish. Bake 1½ hours at 350 degrees and baste occasionally with pan drippings. Serve hot with plain rice and the sweet sour sauce.
