Korean BBQ
- 3-4 lbs. of short ribs (BBQ meat, chicken, fish, or hamburger)
- ¼ cup shoyu
- ¼ cup sugar or less
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 2-3 drops sesame seed oil
- green onions
Soak meat in sauce and cook over hibachi.
Variation: Meat chun–use above sauce with either BBQ Meat or hamburger soaked in sauce. Flour lightly and dip in:
- 2 eggs
- 2 drops sesame seed oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Beat well and fry on high heat with little oil.
