Abalone Soup
- ½ lb. pork bones
- 1 head mustard cabbage
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 can abalone
- 4 cups water
- ginger root
- 2 dried mushrooms
Put bones and salt in water and bring to boil. Add mushrooms and liquid of abalone. Cook for 30 minutes. Add sliced mustard cabbage stalks and dash of monosodium glutamate. Cook 2 minutes. Serve hot.
