Eggs Stuffed With Shrimp or Crab Meat

Marinate for 30 minutes:

  • Shrimp or Crab Meat

In

  • French dressing or lemon juice

Shell and cut in half

  • Hard cooked eggs

Remove the yolks and put them through a ricer. Moisten the shrimp with

  • Mayonnaise
  • Dash of Worcestershire Sauce

Fill the egg whites with the shrimp and garnish them with the riced egg yolks.
