Sizzling Short Ribs

  • 4 lb. beef short ribs
  • 3/4 c. catsup
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 4 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. ajinomoto
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • pepper to taste

Brown ribs. Drain fat. Make a sauce of rest of ingredients. Pour in a pan, cover and bake in low oven 325 degrees F. for 2 hours or until done, or simmer on stove until tender.
