Beef Tomato

  • 1 1/2 lb. sliced chuck steak
  • 1 Tbsp. Hennessy
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salad oil

Combine all ingredients and marinate meat for 1 hour. Heat pan very hot and add 2 Tbsp. salad oil, 1 clove garlic and 1/2 tsp. salt.

Stir fry meat for 3 minutes and remove from pan.

Slice:

  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 round onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 stalks celery

Fry vegetables for 2 minutes. Add:

  • 2 Tbsp. catsup
  • dash pepper
  • Tabasco sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Serve on platter with vegetables on the bottom and meat on top.
