Broccoli Casserole

  • 2 pkg frozen chopped broccoli
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
  • 1 block butter or less
  • 1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed

Beat eggs and mix with soup. Add onions, cheese and broccoli. Pour into casserole. Melt butter in frying pan and saute’ crushed Ritz until golden. Sprinkle over broccoli. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
