Guacamole

  • 2 to 3 avocados
  • 2 tsp. vinegar
  • 2 tsp. mayonnaise
  • 4 to 6 drops lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. salad oil
  • ¼ c. minced onion
  • ¼ c. minced garlic or more
  • 4 to 6 drops Tabasco sauce
  • ¼ c. chopped green chili peppers
  • ½ c. peeled tomatoes, diced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Place peeled and seeded avocados in a bowl. Mash with a fork and add remaining ingredients. Chill. Serve with tortilla chips.
