Guacamole

- 2 to 3 avocados
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- 2 tsp. mayonnaise
- 4 to 6 drops lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salad oil
- ¼ c. minced onion
- ¼ c. minced garlic or more
- 4 to 6 drops Tabasco sauce
- ¼ c. chopped green chili peppers
- ½ c. peeled tomatoes, diced
- salt and pepper to taste
Place peeled and seeded avocados in a bowl. Mash with a fork and add remaining ingredients. Chill. Serve with tortilla chips.
