Pineapple and Papaya Salsa

Grandson of resident, Mauricia Remocaldo
- 2 ripe/firm papayas, cubed
- 1 pineapple, cubed
- ½ round red onion, fine diced
- 1 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, roasted, peeled, and chopped fine
- 1 big pinch of cumin
- 1 small pinch of garlic powder
- 1 or 2 drops of Tabasco
- ⅛ tsp. Sambal Oelek (ground chile paste)
Combine all ingredients and serve with chips or top on Macadamia Nut Crusted Mahi Mahi.
