Pineapple and Papaya Salsa

  • 2 ripe/firm papayas, cubed
  • 1 pineapple, cubed
  • ½ round red onion, fine diced
  • 1 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, roasted, peeled, and chopped fine
  • 1 big pinch of cumin
  • 1 small pinch of garlic powder
  • 1 or 2 drops of Tabasco
  • ⅛ tsp. Sambal Oelek (ground chile paste)

Combine all ingredients and serve with chips or top on Macadamia Nut Crusted Mahi Mahi.
