Portuguese Boiled Dinner

  • 2 med. size Portuguese Sausage
  • 1 med. size head cabbage
  • 6 peeled whole potatoes

Place sausages in sauce pan with enough water to cover, and boil until done. Take out sausages and place into a dish, and add the whole potatoes into the liquid left in the sauce pan, and continue cooking until done; remove potatoes, and add cabbage that has been cut into fourths and place into the same saucepan, making a bed of cabbages. Place the cooked potatoes, and top it with the sausages, which have been sliced into eating pieces. Add a little water and continue boiling until cabbage is done. Salt may be added, according to your taste.
