Sweet Sour Spareribs
- 2 lb. spareribs cut in 3″ length
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 cup pineapple juice
Combine sugar and pineapple juice and pour over salted spareribs and bake in 300 degrees oven until tender (about 1½ hours).
Use same recipe for sweet-sour duck and sprinkle toasted sesame seed before serving.
