Miso Chicken
- 4 pieces chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp. red miso
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 3 tbsp. sake
- 1 tbsp. mirin
- 2 tbsp. soup stock
Heat oil in pan and fry chicken. Combine all other ingredients, pour over chicken, cover pan and simmer until done.
