Fried Beef Livers

  • 1 lb. sliced beef liver
  • flour

Seasoning: Mixed in a bowl

  • 2 tbsp liquor
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. shoyu
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. monosodium glutamate
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 slice ginger, crushed
  • 1 egg

Soak sliced liver in seasoning for about ½ hour. Heat pan with oil, fry ginger and garlic. Coat liver with flour and fry to a nice brown. Garnish with parsley.
