Pineapple Raspberry Punch

  • 1 can (46-oz) chilled pineapple juice
  • 1 pkg (10-oz) frozen raspberries
  • 2 Tbsp plain white vinegar
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 quart ginger ale

Combine pineapple juice, frozen raspberries and vinegar in a large punch bowl. Stir until blended. Add ice cubes and lemon. Pour in ginger ale just before serving.

Yield: 20 (4-oz) servings
