Guava Shake

  • 1 can (12-oz) frozen guava concentrate
  • 1 juice can water
  • 1 juice can milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tsp vanilla
  • Ice cubes

Blend guava and water. Add milk, egg and vanilla. Blend again. Pour contents into a pitcher. Measure out 2 cups of the blended liquid back into the blender. Add 8 ice cubes and blend until the cubes are crushed. Repeat with the rest of the liquid in the pitcher, measuring out 2 cups at a time.

Yield: 10-12 servings

NOTE: You can substitute orange concentrate or any other frozen fruit juice concentrate.
