Frothy Grape

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 6-oz can frozen grape juice
  • 4 egg whites (1/2 cup)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 8-9 ice cubes (2 cups)

In blender container, place milk, grape concentrate, egg whites, water and sugar. Cover. Turn on high. Add ice cubes, one at a time, blending just till chopped.

Yield: 4 servings

NOTE: This is a good way to use left over egg whites.
