Abalone Soup With Green Mustard Cabbage

  • 1/2 lb pork bones, or chicken bones, liver, etc.
  • 1 head mustard cabbage
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 can abalone
  • Ginger root
  • Dried mushrooms
  • 4 c water

Put bones and salt in water and bring to boil. Add mushrooms and liquid of abalone. Cook for 30 minutes. Add sliced mustard cabbage stalks and ajinomoto. Cook 2 minutes. Serve hot.

Serves 6.
