Baked Teriyaki Salmon With Furikake

  • 1 salmon fillet (1-2 pounds)
  • 2 oz. Furikake seasoning (Norikomi brand preferred)

Sauce:

  • 1 cup shoyu
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 oz. catsup
  • 1 oz. oyster sauce
  • Crushed garlic and ginger to taste

Marinate salmon in teriyaki sauce overnight. Remove salmon from marinade and place into a baking pan. Sprinkle the furikake to completely cover the salmon.

Bake uncovered for about 40 – 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Delicious!
