Baked Teriyaki Salmon With Furikake
- 1 salmon fillet (1-2 pounds)
- 2 oz. Furikake seasoning (Norikomi brand preferred)
Sauce:
- 1 cup shoyu
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 oz. catsup
- 1 oz. oyster sauce
- Crushed garlic and ginger to taste
Marinate salmon in teriyaki sauce overnight. Remove salmon from marinade and place into a baking pan. Sprinkle the furikake to completely cover the salmon.
Bake uncovered for about 40 – 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Delicious!
