Cold Tofu-Tuna Salad

  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 cup shoyu
  • 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1 block tofu
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1 can tuna

Heat oil, add garlic, and turn off heat. Add shoyu and green onion and let sauce cool. Slice tofu into cubes and lay on platter. Layer chopped onion, tomato, and tuna. Pour sauce over salad and refrigerate.
