Sombrero Dip

  • 1 pound Ground Beef or Turkey
  • 1/4 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Taco Mix
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 1 can Kidney Beans (reserve liquid)
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Sliced Black Olives
  • Green Onions, chopped

Brown meat and onions with taco mix and chili powder. Drain kidney beans and pour liquid into meat mixture. Smash kidney beans and add to meat mixture. Put in glass casserole dish. Top with shredded cheese, black olives and green onions.

Bake in preheated 350° oven for 20 minutes until cheese is melted.

Serve with corn chips.
