Curry Dip

  • 1 Egg, hard boiled
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Curry Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 clove Garlic, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Celery (both leaves and stalks), minced
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions, finely minced
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice

Press hard cooked egg through a metal sieve or grater. Add rest of ingredients. Mix well. Refrigerate until cold. Serve with raw vegetables.

For a thicker dip, add another egg.
