Chili Pepper Chicken
- 2-4 lbs. chicken
- 1/2 c shoyu
- 6 T sugar (brown)
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 c green onion
Flour and brown chicken. Mix sauce thoroughly. After browning chicken, dip in sauce. Dip in sauce again just before serving.
