Chicken with Bamboo Shoots
- 2 – 3 lb. chicken (thigh is just as good)
- 1/2 – 1 cup bamboo shoots, sliced
- 5 dried mushrooms – cut in strips
Sauce:
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 T cornstarch
- 2 T shoyu
- 1 tsp. salad oil
- oyster sauce
Chop chicken into bite size. Combine everything into a pot, cover and cook for approximately 30-45 minutes.
