Bar-B-Q Ribs
- 1 inch ginger root, crushed
- ½ clove garlic
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 oz. sherry
- ½ cup shoyu
- ½ cup catsup
- 1 t. salt
- 4 lbs. spareribs
Crush ginger root and garlic. Blend with remaining ingredients. Rub into ribs and marinate for 3 hours or more. Place ribs on rack. Bake at 325° for about 1 hour. Baste with excess sauce.
