Banana Muffins

Cream:
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. shortening
Add:
- 6 mashed ripe bananas
- 4 well-beaten eggs
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 c. raisins
Sift:
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking soda
Blend wet and dry ingredients. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 24 muffins.
