Baked Short Ribs

  • 3 lbs. short ribs
  • roll ribs in mixture of:
  • 1/2 c flour
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/2 t garlic salt
  • 1/2 t onion salt
  • dash celery salt (opt)
  • dash pepper

Place in baking pan and top with 1 large onion, sliced and 1 stick celery, sliced.

Sauce:

  • 3/4 c ketchup
  • 2 T vinegar
  • 2 T worcestershire sauce and 3/4 c water
  • 4 T shoyu
  • 1/2 c sugar

Pour sauce over meat and sprinkle with ajinomoto. Cover tightly (with foil) and bake in 350° for 3 hours.
