Baked Short Ribs
- 3 lbs. short ribs
- roll ribs in mixture of:
- 1/2 c flour
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t garlic salt
- 1/2 t onion salt
- dash celery salt (opt)
- dash pepper
Place in baking pan and top with 1 large onion, sliced and 1 stick celery, sliced.
Sauce:
- 3/4 c ketchup
- 2 T vinegar
- 2 T worcestershire sauce and 3/4 c water
- 4 T shoyu
- 1/2 c sugar
Pour sauce over meat and sprinkle with ajinomoto. Cover tightly (with foil) and bake in 350° for 3 hours.
