B-B-Q Spareribs
- 5 lbs spareribs
- 2 to 3″ ginger
Parboil ribs for about 1-1/2 hours
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c catsup
- 1/3 c oyster sauce
- 3/4 c shoyu
While ribs are still hot, pour sauce over the ribs and marinate. Either charcoal broil or broil in oven.
