Ham and Potato Scallop
Mrs. Masae Saito – Hoolulu
- 4 to 6 pieces sliced ham, 1/4 in. thick
- 4 to 5 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
- 1 onion, sliced
- Salt, pepper, flour and milk
Grease baking dish and lay bottom with ham. Place a layer of onion, then potatoes. Salt, pepper and a generous sifting of flour. Repeat till all potato is used. Dot with butter, and fill with milk almost to the top. Bake in moderate oven about 1 hour.
