Corn Chowder
- 3 slices of bacon
- 1 small round onion, chopped
- 3 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 c. water
- 1 15 oz. can corn, drained
- 2 c. milk
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Slice bacon into small pieces and fry in a pot.
- Add the onions and fry until cooked.
- Pare and dice the potatoes.
- Add the water, salt, pepper and potatoes.
- Cook till the potatoes are tender.
- Add the corn and the milk.
- Cook until it boils.
- Serve hot.
