Pineapple Chicken
- 1 pound Chicken Drummettes
- 3/4 cup Shoyu
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 can (6 ounce) Pineapple Juice
Mix all ingredients in a pot. Bring to boil, then simmer for one hour. Place drummettes on baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 20 minutes.
