Pork Adobo

  • 3 pounds Pork Butt or Chicken Thighs, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon Pickling Spices (Insert in gauze bag)
  • 1 Bay Leaf

Put meat in large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and skim. Add rest of the ingredients and boil for a few minutes. Cover, lower the heat and simmer for an hour or until meat is tender.
