Fish Cake Mun Doo

  • 2 blocks of Fish Cake
  • 1 Sweet Onion
  • 1 can Water Chestnuts, drained
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 cups Mayonnaise (more or less to preference)
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 packages Mun Doo wrappers

Chop fish cake, onions, water chestnuts and garlic. Mix in mayonnaise, cream cheese, salt and pepper. Put 1 tablespoon of mixture on each mun doo wrapper. Moisten edges with egg or water. Fold in a triangle and press edges closed.

Deep fry until golden brown. Serve plain or with a sweet sauce. ENJOY!
