Fudge
- Mix the following ingredients in a pot:
- 3 pkg. chocolate chips
- 8 oz. jar marshmallow cream
- ½ lb. butter or oleo
- 3 cups chopped nuts
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- Bring to a boil in large pot:
- 4½ cups sugar
- 1 large can evaporated milk
Watch this mixture very closely as it will burn easily. Cook at a full rolling boil for 14 minutes stirring constantly.
- Pour over first mixture, blend well and pour in 9 x 13 buttered pan lined with waxed paper. Chill overnight and cut into squares.
