N.Y. World’s Fair Chicken
- 1 broiler, cut up
- 2 tsp. ginger, grated
- 1 clove garlic
- ¾ cup shoyu
- 1/3 cup white wine
- 2 tsp. sugar
Marinate chicken in sauce for 1 hour. Bake in oven for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Baste chicken 3 or 4 times. May be broiled over hot coals.
