Hamburger Curry

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 No. 2 can peas and carrots
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 medium onion (round) minced
  • 1 to 2 tbsp. curry powder
  • 2 cups water

Fry onion in 1 tbsp. oil until onion clears. Add hamburger and fry until evenly browned. Add water and can of peas and carrots and bring to boil. Add curry powder, salt and pepper to taste and simmer awhile. Thicken with paste of flour and water.
