Corned Beef – Vegetable Patties
- 1 can corn beef
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 medium size onion
- 1 egg
- 1 medium size carrot grated
Any other left over vegetable like beans, broccoli, celery, etc. may be used. Mix all ingredients. Season with salt, pepper and ajinomoto. Make patties and fry in bacon fat, or oil.
