Cream Cheese Pie

  • 1 large Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 can Bordens condensed milk
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice (reconstituted)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Combine ingredients and beat with electric mixer. Then pour into a crumb crust and chill for 3 hours. Top the pie with cherry or blueberry pie filling after pie is chilled for 3 hours.
