Fried Potatoes
- 5 large potatoes
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3-4 slices finely chopped bacon
- 1 medium size onion, chopped fine
Peel potatoes, wash and slice in thin round slices. Put potatoes, onion, pepper, salt and bacon in greased frying pan. Pour 1/3 cup water over the mixture and cover pan with lid. Turn flame to medium and more or less steam potatoes, then fry.
