Crunchy Tuna Patties

  • 2 cans chunk tuna
  • 2 small packages Green Onion potato chips (lightly crushed)
  • 1/2 c. cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 eggs
  • Bread crumbs, cracker meal or panko flakes
  • Mix all ingredients together (except bread crumbs).
  • Roll into balls.
  • Coat balls with bread crumbs.
  • Flatten and fry in oil.
