Wun Tun

Buy 1 box of wun tun pi or squares

Combine ¾ lb. fresh ground pork

½ lb. finely chopped shrimp

10 water chestnuts finely chopped

6 stalks of green onions finely chopped

1 tsp. salt

1 tbsp. shoyu

dash of white pepper

1 tbsp. sweet white wine.

Mix Well.

Place ½ tsp. of pork mixture in the center of the wun tun square. Brush the edges with water. Fold in half and twist the corners.

Fry in deep fat until golden brown.

Serve plain or with Hot Mustard and Shoyu Sauce.
