Warabi Sesame Oil Salad

- 1 bunch warabi (approx. 40 stalks)
- 1 kamaboko, cut in strips
- 1 pkg shiofuku konbu
- 1 Maui onion, sliced
- 1 pkg (1.5 oz) prepared taegu
- 4 T sesame oil
- 1/4 cup dried shrimp, grated
- 1 pkg dashinomoto
1. Cut warabi into 1 1/2″ size.
2. Par boil warabi, drain well.
3. Mix warabi with all the ingredients, adding the sesame oil last.
4. Let stand 1 hour.
5. Chill.
6. Ready to serve.
