Warabi Sesame Oil Salad

  • 1 bunch warabi (approx. 40 stalks)
  • 1 kamaboko, cut in strips
  • 1 pkg shiofuku konbu
  • 1 Maui onion, sliced
  • 1 pkg (1.5 oz) prepared taegu
  • 4 T sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup dried shrimp, grated
  • 1 pkg dashinomoto

1. Cut warabi into 1 1/2″ size.
2. Par boil warabi, drain well.
3. Mix warabi with all the ingredients, adding the sesame oil last.
4. Let stand 1 hour.
5. Chill.
6. Ready to serve.
